- CA Harsh Bansal is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has varied experience in providing legal, consultancy and professional services to large Corporates, Multinational Companies (MNC’s), PSUs, MSMEs, and non business individuals/entities. In addition, his background includes considerable expertise in advising business/nonbusiness on various strategies.
- He is the founding partner of the firm Harsh Bansal & Co situated in Delhi. Due to his expert knowledge in specialized fields, the firm is known distinctively to provide solutions related to Transfer Pricing Matters, Income Tax Compliances and litigations, Search and seizure consulting and Valuation matters. The firm offers a vast range of services including Audits, Income tax Issues, Company/LLP and RoC matters, GST compliance and litigations, Project consulting and financing, NRI services and many more.
- A result driven, self-motivated and resourceful Chartered Accountant who started his practice in the year 2021, started his professional stint with articleship training in Transfer Pricing and International Tax Department of French Consulting firm, Mazars in 2017. There, he got exposed to other fields concerning Income taxes litigation and audits. During covid lockdowns, he worked as an independent consultant and mastered the art of remote working via the aid of Information Technology. In 2021, he started his career with clear vision in finance sector with core focus of being able to establish new projects in different fields to develop and strengthen economy and industry. He is a first generation professional with experience in commerce sector where he has carried out work like Tax consulting, Project Finance, Corporate Audits, Equity Finance, Management Consultancy, etc.
